    great workout on the elliptical trainer: 4 miles in 35 minutes!

            36 minutes brisk walking
            Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.

            I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!

            The reason I quit...

                Skyye, please put me down for sick days through today. I am going to attempt walking again tomorrow. I've got spinal issues, and I am not sure what is safe for me to do. So until I see the Doc again on the 24th I am going to stick to trying to walk.

                  did 30 mins elliptical.
                  Slacking a bit since yesterday. Missed my gym
                  again today. Tomorrow I must go to the gym.
