      March 18: 1 hour walk. 50 crunches. 3 sets of squats.

            Hey!

            Still cold out there, but the wind had less of a bite. 40 minute brisk walk.
            (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
            Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

              1 hour walk, mostly brisk, but with some stopping to take pictures (pretty day!)
              Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.

              I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!

              The reason I quit...
