      About an hour at the fitness center, with trainer, doing various machines.

          Hey!

          Yesterday was Rest Day.

          Today, 40 min very brisk walk.
          (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
          Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

                        2 mile walk, 36 minutes
                        Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.

                        I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!
