      Okay I am really telling the truth I have not lied not once I have had the flu very bad today is the first day I have been out of bed DH even had to take several days off work to take care of the kids cause I could not move. I am feeling a little better today still weak though, I amhoping tomarro Ia will be able to exercise. I am sorry please do not delete my name,

            Hey!

            Gentle jog 5K, walk 20 min. (Total 50 min.) a bit cool, but brilliantly sunny.
            (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
            Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

                    30 min on the treadmill (2 min running/3 min walking) at lunch, then again after work for another 20 min (some dweebie boy was using the smith machine to bench press, what a dork).

                          2 mile brisk walk
                          Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.

                          I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!
