Okay I am really telling the truth I have not lied not once I have had the flu very bad today is the first day I have been out of bed DH even had to take several days off work to take care of the kids cause I could not move. 30 min on the treadmill (2 min running/3 min walking) at lunch, then again after work for another 20 min (some dweebie boy was using the smith machine to bench press, what a dork).27/f/5'10"
