Sunday – rest day
Monday - Treadmill 20 mins, gym weight machines 20 mins. Abs 50
Tuesday - 30 minute workout video w/stability ball

Stability Ball Pushup Challenge: 280/1000 for April
AB Challenge: 11500/2000 for APRIL
Treadmill Challenge: 120/500 minutes for April

15 minutes each on a "lateral thigh trainer" machine and a ski machine.Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.
I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!
The reason I quit...
