      Sunday was rest day.

      Monday, treadmill 30 min, abs 100, 30 min stability ball workout

            April 1 - rest day

            April 2 - 2 mile walk

            April 3 - slug day (how can I call them rest days?? it's too much rest by now)

            April 4 - 4.5 miles / 30 crunches / lousy 1 set of bicep curls

                      Sorry for the long delay in posting, I was out of town for 10 days.

                      4/3 I did a 2 mile brisk walk.
                      Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.

                      I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!

                      The reason I quit...
