        I think I forgot to post this week..sorry.

        Tuesday - 25 stability ball push ups, 100 abs, 30 min stability ball workout video
        Wednesday - 60 Treadmill
        Thursday - 50 stability ball push ups(ouch) 100 abs, 30 min stability ball workout video

              45 minutes of walking, jumping, playing with a 2 year old, and various light activity.

              It was hard to get in exercise during my trip due to family obligations, but I did decently well I think.
              Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.

              I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!

              The reason I quit...
