        Sorry, I have had some computer problems here is my exercise list for the last several days.

        Friday - 30 min stability ball workout with video, 30 treadmill, 150 abs
        Sat - 30 Min treadmill, 250 abs
        Sun- rest day
        Mon- 30 min stability ball workout with video, 30 treadmill, 150 abs
        Tues, 30 min stability ball workout with video, 30 treadmill, 200 abs

        Stability Ball Pushup Challenge: 280/1000 for April
        AB Challenge: 11500/2000 for APRIL
        Treadmill Challenge: 120/500 minutes for April

                1+ hour light walking
                Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.

                I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!

                The reason I quit...
