Was on atkins 1.5 years ago and went from 250-170!
My mistake:catfight , not going through all phases here I am again 215 trying to do it rite this time!:walking

2 mile leisure walk with hubby (while stopping to take pictures)
Not sure this was much true "exercise!"Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.
I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!
The reason I quit...
