Re: 6WEC#26, Week 2, Day 2, Mon, May 1st
I am reporting my exercise for yesterday and today. We had a septic tank problem yesterday and I didn't get online. Hopefully it will be fixed today. Anyways, I did 30 minutes treadmill and 30 minutes weight training. Also I did 20 stability ball pushups yesterday and 20 this morning.
I hope I am reporting things the way I am supposed to. Being new here I am still trying to get the hang of everything.
I am heading out to the gym for water aerobics this morning. It will be 60 minutes which will include 15 minutes of bicycle riding in the water. I love my water aerobics and it sure is a workout. I would never be able to do all that on a regular floor.
The bicycle riding is to strengthen my knee muscles for knee replacement surgery in the near future.
Have a great day everyone!!

Re: 6WEC#26, Week 2, Day 2, Mon, May 1st
I was going to post a rest day, but we went to a Casting Crowns concert last night and I dare say that dancing and holding your arms up and clapping for 3 hours can count as exercise. My calves are sore just from standing on my tippy toes for nearly the whole time!! Woo Hoo!
