    I'm always afraid I'm going to get that heading wrong!

    200 crunches today so far

    100 regular crunches
    50 reverse crunches
    50 oblique crunches

      rest day for me!

          Rest day... feel like i'm slacking off, but my sinuses are killing me despite the allegra and ibuprofen.

          I'm leaving town for a few days again, but I shall be back likely on tuesday... i'll keep up with my activities and report them on their individual days.

            Spent the day at universal studios which was enough exercise alone, but then I went on a two mile walk/jog.

            I am determined to see this exercise challenge through.
            149.8/no weigh/ 119



            1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
            what the rungs mean to me:
            rung 1 - more veggies
            rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
            rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
            rung 4 - berries, melon
            rung 5 - wine -
            rung 6 - beans, hummus
            rung 7 - other fruits
            rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
            rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
            Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
            (on to pre-maintenance)

              2 mile walk
              Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.

              I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!

              The reason I quit...

                I'm with you bluerain! Sinuses have been killer for about 10 days now! Saturday another sick day. Sunday I am going to do SOMETHING!
