    Skyye, I'm going to have to bow out before I start. The summer/early fall schedule has me away more than I'm home. Even if I stick with the committment there's no way I'd be able to post it on a regular basis SO... I'll do the best I can and join up in whatever six week challenge is going on when I get back. I can't believe the current one is ending so soon!
    Jimmie, the photo that flips back and forth in your signature... is that really you???? I am your before picture and one day hope to be your after picture!!!

        OH ME! ME!--PICK ME!!

        lol, I had to do that.

        I would love to sign up. Can we do ANYTHING that counts as exercise? My dr. recommends that I work out for 15 minutes everyday. Is that ok for this challenge? I'm sure I'll be able to work up to longer periods of time suring the course of the 6 weeks--but I just wanted to make sure I understood the rules.

        If that is ok, then I'll sign up for 7 days.

                Sign me up for 6/7 days. Summer's coming and that will be easier for me to get in more exercise.

                              Well... um... okay... Five days a week then starting June 4 right? And I post that I've done my exercise here? I'm new to all this... I'm planning on weights and treadmill... 20 minutes. Is that alright?

                                2 Ab Chal's; 6WEC#27 slug-Free; & more; 50# LOST in'06-
                                but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
