        Re: 6WEC#26 Week 5, Day 2, Mon, May 22nd

at least a mile or two walking, plus carrying and hauling and lifting while shopping today. I'm exhausted, so I'm counting it!
Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.

I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!

        The reason I quit...

              I walked two miles.
It's getting boring. Well, it's always been boring I guess since I'm in a building with white cinderblock walls. I've got to find something else with little or no impact that's convenient to do.............

Half hour walk. FYI... this board is the ONLY reason I exercised today. I have been in a major slacking mood, but no more!
