An hour and a half at the gym.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Re: 6WEC#26 Week 5, Day 2, Mon, May 22nd
at least a mile or two walking, plus carrying and hauling and lifting while shopping today. I'm exhausted, so I'm counting it!Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.
I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!
The reason I quit...

Re: 6WEC#26 Week 5, Day 2, Mon, May 22nd
I walked two miles.
It's getting boring. Well, it's always been boring I guess since I'm in a building with white cinderblock walls. I've got to find something else with little or no impact that's convenient to do.............
