Half an hour or so on the weights machines plus an hour's aerobics 'body conditioning' class which was really hard work - though I took a few minutes break when my bra popped undone and I had to struggle to fit back into it without exposing anything!!

An hour at the gym today.
I am pretty sure I have been a slug since my last check in Skyye!!
Currently I'm showing blanks for Mon & Tues. I could just throw rest days there and you'd just have to be sure to get your workouts for the rest of the week OR I can go ahead and slug you so you still have rest days left to take. Hehe It's up to you.
