    Been doing laundry and frantically digging around through boxes to find things we need to take on our trip but I'll claim a rest day for today and may as well go ahead and claim rest days for Fri & Sat too.

    Btw...
    We leave for the airport at waaay to darn early in the morning and I won't be back home until way late on June 7th so the chart won't be getting updated until I return.

      Rest day for me. (I am not counting the stability ball pushups in this challenge)

            Forty minute walk. Hopefully, I have broken my lazy streak.
            149.8/no weigh/ 119



            1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
            what the rungs mean to me:
            rung 1 - more veggies
            rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
            rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
            rung 4 - berries, melon
            rung 5 - wine -
            rung 6 - beans, hummus
            rung 7 - other fruits
            rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
            rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
            Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
            (on to pre-maintenance)

              Tonight me and my BF went on an 1 hour and 15 min bike ride to Lake Erie and back. It was fun and a great way to work out. My trusty HR monitor stated 1050 calories burned! Also did 30 pushups, and am about to do 100 situps.

                Another dang sick day. Finally getting a doc appt tomorrow for my back.
