    Re: 6WEC#27 Week 1, Day 2, Mon, June 5th

This morning I woke up with a great attitude and myself and Leslie Sansone did a 30 minute tape for 2 miles.

My goal is to work out again for 30 minutes tonight.

For 6/4, dug & relocated 3 sq. ft. of iris into a temporary flat. Then dug level of that area down 6" (to height this side of the rock wall will be). Prepared ground in front of the other side of the rock wall (now finished) using Garden Claw, forked 3 recycling bins of community compost, brought home & worked into the area so will be ready for sodding.

Went shopping & (finally) got a stability ball for $5 at new store called 5 Below.

Got measurements. Do not want to publish, though.

Ramped it up. Waiting for FedEx, no time to get to the gym. I may ride my bike to the boy's baseball game. Maybe. I think I am going to be killer sore tomorrow from the video though.

2 hours at the gym - did my weights circuit, some crosstrainer and an hour or more of Yoga!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
