      Was to be a rest day...trying to get motivated so Leslie Sansone and I did the two mile tape this morning.

      Aiming for 3 days a week. So far-3 days out of 3 days.

      Very pleased.

      ADD ON:

      ALSO did 1.5 miles of the 2 mile tape again last night.

              Got in mine, hands and knees scrubbing my kitchen floor.

              It's a little unorthodox but I kicked up some kinda sweat doing it!

                        Day 22 of Extended Induction. Today I weigh 246.5 lbs. I have 81.5 lbs. to lose.
                        I did 10 minutes on the treadmill (.21) and 1 set of 10 reps on weights.

                          Left the gym before I could have to see The Omen remake at the late show... film melted and ripped 20 minutes in- GRRRR! Another time I guess. *sigh*

                            30+ flights stairs
                            planted 1/2 flat iris in section of garden prepared Monday
                            removed tree roots & rest of soil in 2nd section & added mulch. Ran out of steam without working it in.
                            Inflated 1st Gym/Stability ball & began new love affair with it.

                            but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

                            .................OMG how did I fail AGAIN
