    Let me tell ya, I'm impressed. Last night I stopped everything and did an additional workout. 3 Mile Leslie Sansone last night in addition to the 2 miler in the morning. So, 5 miles yesterday and I'm aiming for the same today.

      I'm a lot sore from yesterday, but I managed to get in some nice stretching and a walk. And it's still early!

                    Ok, I goofed. I didn't know we are supposed to post on days we don't work out. Sorry about that. WATP 1 Mile today.

                      Forgot to mention I "slugged it" the first 4 days of the week (with the exception of crunches but that won't count for my cardio)

                          I did my Tae bo AB workout today and 20 mins of Pilates.
