    Alrighty here I go to try and catch myself up. Hehehe

    Fri - Rest day - spent the day either in the car, on the plane or sitting in the aiport
    Sat - Rest day - outdoor wedding was beautiful
    Sun - Rest day - went to a drive thru zoo and saw elk, buffalo, bears, fallow deer, white rhino, yaks, llamas, ostrich and lots of birds
    Mon - Exercise day - Walked around Friday Harbor for a couple hours during our whale watching tour
    Tue - Exercise day - took the ferry to Victoria and walked around there sightseeing for several hours
    Wed - Rest day - spent the day either in the car, on a plane or sitting in the airport
    Thu - Rest day

    I may do my WATP vid afterwhile. I'll check back later.

            Walked...walked...walked

            Sat at baseball game on my butt for 2 hours.

            Got up and walked around ballfields with stroller after game while kids ran bases.

              Weights circuit, 20 minutes crosstrainer and 10 minutes cycling.
              I managed to increase the weights on 4 of the 5 weights machines too!!

                          I didnt get my WATP vid done but I did walk around grocery shopping for about an hour and my sore legs and back say thats exercise. Hehe
