Fri night was shopping & a hike for oyster mushrooms, total about 1 hour walking. Usual alottment of stairs at least 20 flights workdays.~Susan

...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

Rest Day for me - although there were 2 miles of incidental walking involved (just around the mall, window shopping).
