    Walked/Jog 40 minutes on treadmill/2.60 miles.

    Circuit Training/30 minutes

    Ab work/10 minutes

    Tue - I dont remember so I'll just call it a rest day
    Wed - Mowed back yard
    Thu - Cleaning house (scrubbing & sweeping & mopping, oh my!)
    Fri - Rest day

      Cardio today.
      Rowing machine, bike, elliptical. My arms are sooo sore from my round with Debbie yesterday! Rowing machine about killed me!

              Weights plus cardio for me today. Had a meeting with 'my' trainer at the gym and he has shown me some 'free weights' exercises to add to my machine weights circuit. Got to get these chicken wings firmed up!!
