      30 mins exercise bike today.

      I am really missing the gym - never thought this ex-couchpotato would say that!!

        30 mins treadmill ... and I have a dilemma . I loose half the weight I used to, before I started exersise and also I 'm not doing well with the measuring thing. I'm in a clean clean clean Induction, I like it that way , I like the exersise but I need to loose the kilos. I don't know what to do next
