    i don't see this started anywhere so...............

    i walked to the post office, came back to the house, dropped off the mail then went the other direction and walked the "Y" to check it out and then back home. about 2 miles total

    add to that:
    biking
    push ups
    crunches

          Total rest day Darn TOM cam to visit the only exercise I did was sprinted to and from the post office HA HA HA

          Man I love that I can run now and not be waisted.
