    i'll be cleaning up the rest of the mess from yesterday. there's a door to hang, carpet rolls to be taped up and loaded in the truck. tools to be taken back to the basement.

      extended induction
      SW 127kg (1/06/08 ) - CW 111 Kg (26/8/08 )- GW 70 Kg
      Weight lost: 16kg

                  Haven't gotten the start I intended. Had a wake yesterday and funeral today. I'll be on track tomorrow. It probably would have made me feel better to excercise, but wasn't up for it.

                    I ran for 30 minutes and walked for 25 minutes all with hand weights and doing arm exercises .
                    Working for 215 lbs. by OCT 31st!
                    Met on 24 Sept!!! :dancing:

                      30 minutes walking (not as much as I usually do, but it counts)

                      It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




                      I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

                        lower body workout:

                        prone leg extensions
                        abs
                        rode the bicycle back home 1 mile

                          A hour's walk plus 15 minutes on the exercise bike (listening to 'The Archers' http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio4/archers/)
