i'll be cleaning up the rest of the mess from yesterday. there's a door to hang, carpet rolls to be taped up and loaded in the truck. tools to be taken back to the basement.

Haven't gotten the start I intended. Had a wake yesterday and funeral today. I'll be on track tomorrow. It probably would have made me feel better to excercise, but wasn't up for it.LOOKING FORWARD TO FITTING BACK INTO THOSE SIZE 6 JEANS BABY!!!!!

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
