Okay so "today" is Friday
. I thought yesterday was Friday and completed misposted (I've fixed it). I jogged for 30 minutes this morning.

30 minutes of cardio Fri. Couldn't get to computer, which is why I'm posting this Sat.LOOKING FORWARD TO FITTING BACK INTO THOSE SIZE 6 JEANS BABY!!!!!
