          sky, i can't believe how old catie is getting! seems like just a couple months ago that she made her appearance!

          i saw you updated so instead of an edit i'll just add that i did 40 minutes of biking today

              An hour of Body balance (cross between yoga/tai bo/pilates apparently) plus half an hour of weights.
