Yesterday I got so busy that we'll just call it a rest day.
Spent the morning sitting at the doctor's office for my lil Catie's 9 month checkup. She really is getting so big. She's 28.5 inches and 18 pounds 2.5 ounces. Soon as she goes down for a nap I'll be dragging our the ol WATP vid. I'll be checking back later!

YES, i did 30 minutes exercise on the urban rebounder. I also got the sansony walk jog DVD today so hopefully that will get me working in the morning. Now i need to work on my ab challenge.
