    45 minutes

    20 minutes eclyptical

    15 minutes floor exercises (including abs!)

    10 minutes meditation
    34 yr old Female

    Yesterday I got so busy that we'll just call it a rest day.
    Spent the morning sitting at the doctor's office for my lil Catie's 9 month checkup. She really is getting so big. She's 28.5 inches and 18 pounds 2.5 ounces. Soon as she goes down for a nap I'll be dragging our the ol WATP vid. I'll be checking back later!

      i can't believe catie is getting so big, so fast! she's such a cutie!!!

      i picked up walnuts.......... 4,394 of them but who's counting
      trimmed back my hastas

      biked for 20 minutes
      did 28 ball push ups

                1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
                what the rungs mean to me:
                rung 1 - more veggies
                rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
                rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
                rung 4 - berries, melon
                rung 5 - wine -
                rung 6 - beans, hummus
                rung 7 - other fruits
                rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
                rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
                Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
                (on to pre-maintenance)

                    YES, i did 30 minutes exercise on the urban rebounder. I also got the sansony walk jog DVD today so hopefully that will get me working in the morning. Now i need to work on my ab challenge.
