    I'll still complete my challenge of 4/7 this week though.

    ** Well....is a "slug" when you don't complete one of your challenge days?

      If I were either one of you gals I'd claim this day as a rest day. Exercise days are not written in stone (even if you specified exercise days when you signed up). If you're too busy that day just make it up another day. If it was later in the week and you had already used up your rest days then yeah it'd be a slug. But I think slapping a slug on yourself this early in the week is a bit harsh.

              Yes, that sounds good. Definitely Sunday and Monday rest days for me!
              149.8/no weigh/ 119



              1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
              what the rungs mean to me:
              rung 1 - more veggies
              rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
              rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
              rung 4 - berries, melon
              rung 5 - wine -
              rung 6 - beans, hummus
              rung 7 - other fruits
              rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
              rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
              Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
              (on to pre-maintenance)
