i was looking on the chart to see the smilies and making sure that i was in good shape.
you don't have anything down for me on nov. 10 or 11 although i did log my exercise.
on nov 10 i biked and 11 was rest. maybe you hadn't updated the 5th week yet but i see a couple days for week 6 entered. i don't want slugged for sure!!
