Thursday: 45 minutes walking, 15 min bike, and 15 min ab work
Friday: 15 min bike and 15 min ab work
Saturday: 45 minutes walking, 15 min bike and 15 min ab work
I'll be at a confernece all week so won't get a chance to post until I'm back in the office Monday the 4th.
