I so wanted a rest day, but I need to save them for the week days. SO, just because of this board, put me in for a one mile RUN and a round of arm exercises!

          Thanks.

30 minutes walking/jogging. (did 5 minutes at +10 incline, I know I'm going to feel that in the morning!). 200 crunches, and upper body work w/dumbells.

OK my work outs are getting pretty repetitive. Either walking/jogging or Tae Bo with crunches and dumbells. Might be time to figure out something else before I get too bored!

I hauled out my stability ball again and did ab crunches, pushups and some arm exercises my pt showed me last week.
