  • Sign Up For 6WEC#33 Here!

    I'm gonna go ahead and do this now while I'm thinking about it

    6WEC#33 begins on Sunday, February 11th and runs through Saturday, March 24th.

    Sign up!
    #1. Tell us how many days a week you plan to exercise.
    #2. Make a note of your beginning measurements. You do not have to post them here if you aren't comfortable doing that. Just be sure to write them down someplace safe to compare with your measurements at the end of the challenge. Click here for a picture that shows you where to measure.

    -Under arms, around chest
    -Fullest part of chest
    -Ribcage
    -Waist
    -Hips
    -Upper arm x 2
    -Thigh x 2
    -Weight

    Don't forget to check in!
    #1. Look for the thread each day in this forum. It will be titled something like "6WEC#33, Week 1, Day 1, Sun, Feb. 11"
    #2. Tell us whether you exercised, took a rest day or a sick day, or slugged it.

    Win something!
    #1. The 3 who lose the most will earn a ribbon. Its determined first by inches and then by pounds.
    #2. Those who complete all 6 weeks of the challenge without getting slugged will earn a slug free button. Sick days do not count as slugs.

    This is where everyone can go to view the chart to see if you're exercising or not.

          I'm currently doing the 6WEC #32 and it has really helped me get regular exercise. I'd like to join the #33 as well, unless there some rule daying you can do consecutive challenges?

          If not then I pledge exercise 5 days a week.

                      Got yall on the list. Still plenty of room for more challengers! Come join us!

                      You can be in more than one challenge. Just be sure you can handle checking in for them all.

                      No, there is no delay for entering the next 6WEC. You're more than welcome (dare I say encouraged?) to continue right into the next one.

                        I've lost alot of my exercise motivation while sick.. maybe this is just what I need to jump start it again!

                        I will commit to 4 days a week That should give me a little kick in the tush! If it doesn't.. someone else please do it!! haha
