              if you want to be considered for one of the 3 ribbons that sky will award, you need to measure now and then at the end of the 6 weeks. those are the numbers that will count. now i suppose if you want to drive yourself crazy you could measure every week, but that's entirely up to you.

                  lisa, it's not too late. it just started yesterday so you can easily get your 4 days in.

                  all you have to do is look for a thread each day that will look something like this...

                  6 WEC #33, Week 1, Day2, Monday, Feb 12

                  each days thread title will change accordingly. post in that thread the exercise you did. i don't think it matters that you get real specific. if you did 1/2 hour jogging you can just put "jogging". if you did weights you can just post "weight work". the point is to let sky know you did something. if you rested then just post "rest day".

                  in one of the stickies you see a link to a chart that sky keeps posted for us. you can spy the days you exercised, rested and heaven forbid, you got slugged.

                  if you want to be considered for winning a ribbon, you need to take your measurements in proper places. you can see the particulars for that in the first post of this thread.

                              lmbo! I have no idea when ya added you're 'note' to your siggy Jimmie, but, its 4:30 am here and I'm cracking up! I just noticed it as I was reading some of the posts!

                              I've been pretty well behaved this week with gettin in my exercise, but, I know I need to do more - I'm still pretty wimpy about it all! I also need to switch it up a bit, I do alot of arm weights but it's alot of upper body stuff.. I have my gazelle, but I seem to let that gain dust other than once or twice a week. And I have a video I use, but, I'm still breathing a bit rough so thats' been on hold this last week. I do take the steps at the office (5 floors up) each day now so I get in more flights in my pledging flights challenge!

                              I can't wait til spring when we can get outside and walk and swim this summer!
