I got up this morning to do my workout video but found it to be too much yet with my bronchial problems.. so I elected to do 30 minutes of a little less aerobic exercise, but still did my 30 minutes today
For my sedentry lifestyle, I did more today than I have in days..lol I moved my bottled water into the kitchen. "It usually sits within reach of my desk chair" So it was 7 trips to the kitchen for a new bottle of water, while in there I washed dishes and cooked dinner. Vaccumed my whole apartment and took out the trash.
Now for most I know that dont sound like alot, but for me..trust me it was alot...I felt better getting up and moving. No aches or pains at all. I may even go to wal mart tonight to get that excersise bike before the snow storm hits and I wont even use their motorized cart!!

Did 30 minutes on the recumbant bike, 100 crunches and did strength training on upper body. Also mowed the lawn, which (especially with the wet weather we've been having) isn't a bad workout!
