      Monday madness: 35 minutes weight training + 60 abs at 40lb resistance.
      15 minutes wood chopping. 20 minutes dog walk. All in all, a good day!

      I need to go buy a sports bra...my bra inside top makes me look like an overstuffed sausage

      Water: 3 litres, herbal teas and some coffee.

      Food: Traditional fried British breakfast, coq a leekie soup with some cheese, lemon and chilli pork chops with a green salad.
      Journal: Thoughts and dreams of a fat yogini.

        I got up this morning to do my workout video but found it to be too much yet with my bronchial problems.. so I elected to do 30 minutes of a little less aerobic exercise, but still did my 30 minutes today

              For my sedentry lifestyle, I did more today than I have in days..lol I moved my bottled water into the kitchen. "It usually sits within reach of my desk chair" So it was 7 trips to the kitchen for a new bottle of water, while in there I washed dishes and cooked dinner. Vaccumed my whole apartment and took out the trash.
              Now for most I know that dont sound like alot, but for me..trust me it was alot...I felt better getting up and moving. No aches or pains at all. I may even go to wal mart tonight to get that excersise bike before the snow storm hits and I wont even use their motorized cart!!
              YEA ME~~~

                  Did 30 minutes on the recumbant bike, 100 crunches and did strength training on upper body. Also mowed the lawn, which (especially with the wet weather we've been having) isn't a bad workout!
