    getting this started.

    i'll be biking today during the race and getting at least 10 minutes of ball exercise in.

    added 48 flights to the above but biked before the race instead of waiting.

        Sadly tis the day to do cleaning ikkkkk. Whilst in my fondest imagination scrubbing floors and dusting counts as exercise, especially when done with gusto. This dust bunnie buster must say...restday

            I think I am out of this challenge, sorry guy's, doc says stay off the foot until I get the MRI done and get the results, maybe after March 8th I can rejoin. GRRRRRRR
