    f/5'6"/38 started Atkins 9/19/06

    adios to 79 inches so far on Atkins! I've lost over a vertical jimmiejo

      Fab workout today!

      Elliptical 45 min - 800cal. Woo Hoo! Since house cleaning was/is on ToDo List, will do uppr body tomorrow.

                  An hour of Pilates class, 45 minutes of Body Conditioning class and two weight stations for me.

                      If it's not one thing something else goes pear shaped. I am still plodding on but the computer and phone has been down.
                      I am waiting for the third thing to go wrong...
