    Is it too late too join? I am in the march mileage and memorial day challenge but I can never be too accountable . I'm at work right now but can post my measurements when I get home.

    I would like to pledge 6/7. Im getting serious about this thing...gotta go to destin in June and dont want strangers attempting to push me back into the ocean!

      A slug is when you needed to exercise on a particular day to make your pledged days and didn't do it and have used up your rest days for the week already. Exercise days aren't exactly written in stone either. If you're too busy one day just try to make it up the next. As long as you get your pledged days done it's all good.

      I'm so excited to see such a big group this time. It's defnitely going to keep me busy with the chart. Yay! Welcome everyone!

            Just back reporting my workout today.

            Basketball: 60 min
            Agility drills: 30 min
            Stretching: 10 min.

            I'll most likely do a Tae-bo tape...but at least I've started off pretty good for the day.

              Went for an hour long moderate speed walk today, and did some gardening. The gardening was for fun, but the walk was for health.

              after almost 5 months on Atkins and over 63 lbs down! Watch for updates!

                      just an fyi for all the newcomers to this challenge:

                      you may want to stick you measurements in the sign up thread or start a stats journal. if you post them in the daily thread, they might get a little difficult to find at the end of the 6 weeks.

                      your choice of course, but i'm trying to save you some time from hunting for things. the sign up thread will stay as a sticky until sky hands out the ribbons for this challenge so the stats will not get lost in the shuffle. the journal stats forum can hold everything you want to log and keep track of, so that is another option for you.

                              I'm going to be on vacation April 14-21. Can I let you know my exercise when I get back? I know I'll be exercising every day. We rent bikes and swim. Anyway, let me know. I'm JAZZED about this challenge.
