            Walked 45 min at work. Did 100abs this morning and will do elliptical tonight. i will report my measurements when i get back home later.

            Everybody better look out for the new guy. No rest day for me today.

                  I walked two miles, did 100 abs and worked out in the yard (raking & sweeping) for about 2 hours. Will post my measurements tomorrow...keep forgetting.

                      Hey there, no slug for me either, 1 hour moderate paced walk, and ome gardening for fun. Funny though I was sweating more when doing the gardening! Hi Brady! 100 abs eh? I think I will do that many too! hehehe not at all wicked!

                      after almost 5 months on Atkins and over 63 lbs down! Watch for updates!

                        I did 30mins Pilates (which I've not done for 18 months!) some band work and 10mins brisk walk. It was an effort, but I did it and I wouldn't have if it weren't for this Challenge.
