Here's what I've done so far...
This morning: Shape it Up exercise video (~1 hr)
10 minutes stability ball exercises
100 ab exercises to Tony Horton's Ab-ripper 100.
Late afternoon: walked for 1.5 hours with DH; stepped for 30 minutes (climbing a mountain one step at a time!)
