    Here's what I've done so far...

    This morning: Shape it Up exercise video (~1 hr)
    10 minutes stability ball exercises
    100 ab exercises to Tony Horton's Ab-ripper 100.

    Late afternoon: walked for 1.5 hours with DH; stepped for 30 minutes (climbing a mountain one step at a time!)
    HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
    Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

      Okay, I am back with stats and my current weight for the start. After posting this, I will be heading to the basketball court while still early for a nice workout....So here goes...

      1. Under arms/chest: 40 in.
      2. Full part of chest: 45.4 in.
      3. Ribcage: 38.5 in.
      4. Waist 38.7
      4. Hips: 53 inc
      5. Thighs: R: 29.5 L: 29.2
      6. Bicep: R: 13.1 L: 13.2

      Ironically today was my weigh in day and I am 257.5. Best wishes to all in the WEC and let's hop to it.




      Workout:

      Basketball: 60 min
      Agility drills: 30 min
      Stretching: 10 min.

      I'll most likely do a Tae-bo tape...but at least I've started off pretty good for the day.

                Walked this morning (40 minutes) did the elliptical for 60 minutes this evening.

                          Morning, thought today (monday) was the 25. so checking in a tad late.
                          Sunday the 25th. did situps and walked/chased grandbaby around the shopping center.
                          Monday the 25th a little aerobics this morning. Just measured up will put it on my sig.
                          These things take a lot of time to track. Thank you for charting the challenge.

                            Im off to a good start....really didnt want to run yesterday but felt so good after I was done...it gets easier every time.

                              And I thought we started Monday. I'm ill prepared. Obviously Sunday is my "rest day".

                              I'm starting this challenge at 280. My waist in 48 inches.
