    This morning I did Burn it Up (~60 min), 10 minutes on the stability ball, and 100 crunches with Tony Horton.
    HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
    Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

    i did 30 min.strenght training and 125 crunches




    8-10-09 restart weight 160.2

      I walked for 30 minutes today!!!!

                  just getting rdy to get out of town for a couple of days. will check back in on thursday night or Friday morning. probably not exercising unless where we are going has a pool.

                    Hi all. checking in - Rest day for me today.

                    But I have ordered a DVD on using an exercise ball so I can try and avoid falling off it all the time! And it will give me more exercises to do when I'm at home.

                      3.5 treadmill miles today. Walk 3/4 (warm up and cool down); run 2 3/4.
