This morning I did Burn it Up (~60 min), 10 minutes on the stability ball, and 100 crunches with Tony Horton.

Hi all. checking in - Rest day for me today.
But I have ordered a DVD on using an exercise ball so I can try and avoid falling off it all the time! And it will give me more exercises to do when I'm at home.
