So......I pledge to excercise 3/7.....
Sun - went for a long walk to the park, up and down them there 'ills!
Mon - Rest
Tue - 30 mins brisk walking with kids and dog!
Wed - Rest...Feeling carp today...full of a head cold.

As well as the above...I know this might not seem much but for me it is!.....I have been using the stairs at work, instead of the lift. I had two spinal surgerys last year and kinda got stuck in the habit of using the lift since then. Not anymore though!
