    48 flights

    i ended up biking a bunch more. 13.8 miles total plus 20 minutes of my sbec challenge.

    also walked for 25 minutes.

                This morning: Burn it Up workout video; Ab Ripper 200; 15 minutes on the stability ball.

                At noon: ran stairs for 30 minutes. This doesn't count the number of times I went up and down the stairs for ice or some other lab supplies.

                This evening: 1 hour on the stairstepper; stretched for 30 minutes.
                HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
                Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

                  12 flights of stairs and a whole heap of walking. Not sure of the distance, as the circle around the lake doesn't post a ditance.
