                  Been gone. Acquired a nasty cold while hurtling through space in a narrow sliver metal tube at gazillion miles per minute. Did manage to get to the club this morning, but don’t know what tomorrow will bring....feeling worse by the minute. Then again, sleep is a marvelous restorative! One can keep hoping

                              Hour walk pushing a heavy baby in his stroller! LOL Up hill most of the way! ANd 15 flights of stairs.

                              after almost 5 months on Atkins and over 63 lbs down! Watch for updates!
