I am so excited! I had no energy all day, I tried going for a walk barely lasted 15 minutes. I just forced myself to do my 20-minute exercise tape and the exciting thing is that I made it all the way through without stopping! I always had to stop for a couple of seconds cuz I was dying but not this time!
