          Hanky????? More like 2 boxes of Kleenex to contain the flood! Today the “cold” has moved into my lungs. Can’t talk without wraking cough. Exercise?Breathing in and out is as good as it gets for today.

                          walked around an amusement park today for 4hrs but will work out on saturday as well, did not feel like a great workout so count this as a rest day please!!!
