    i've just finished 50 flights. that's enough to avoid an off day.

    off to do a bit of biking and perhaps a few more flights.

      One hour walk moderate speed, and 20 flights this morning, I will do more flights later (lots of chores and laundry to do! LOL)

      after almost 5 months on Atkins and over 63 lbs down! Watch for updates!

              20 push-ups, 15 minutes of stability ball mostly lower body, and 15 minutes with my new Hoopnotica hoop-dance hoop.
